As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased in our online store – within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period of 14 days is calculated from the day you or any third party other than a carrier designated by you takes possession of the Products. If the Products are delivered to you in batches, the period for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement starts from the day you take possession of the last batch of Products.

You can use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise.

You are obliged to return the purchased Product(s) to us immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day you cancelled the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send back the Product before its expiration.

We have the right to withhold the refund of your payment until we receive the Product back or you provide proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

You are responsible only for the diminution in value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
