Pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), the Customer has the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify and request deletion of his personal data.
When placing an order in the Store, the Customer will be asked to provide the following data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address and information regarding the form of payment. All of the above elements are necessary to complete the purchase transaction. The customer may also ask for a VAT invoice by selecting the appropriate option on the order form. In the case of invoicing transactions, please provide: NIP number, company name and registered office address, and in the case of natural persons – residence address.
The store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of customers to third parties, unless it is done with the express consent or at the request of the customer, or at the request of state authorities authorized under the law, in connection with pending proceedings. We also do not store confidential data such as your credit card numbers or access data to your bank account
If the Customer decides to receive the newsletter from the Store, the e-mail address will be placed in the Store’s database. The customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. We guarantee that we do not send any marketing materials by electronic means without the consent of the client, in accordance with the act “on the provision of electronic services” of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).
Policy on the use of cookies (cookies)
This chapter of the Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using cookies.
I. Types of cookies used:
- Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users’ Devices this way. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the storage time on the Device and the assigned value. The administrator may also use other technologies with functions similar or identical to cookies. II. The purposes for which cookies are used
- The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:

e) Analysis and research as well as audience audit:
– creating anonymous statistics that help to understand which pages of the website and how Website Users use the Website’s pages, which allows improving their structure and content;
-creating anonymous statistics that allow the classification of Website Users and adapting the website pages to the anticipated preferences of Users
f) Ensuring the safety and reliability of the website, its data and content.
g) Own cookies may be placed on the website user’s end device and then used by advertisers, research companies and suppliers of multimedia applications cooperating with the Administrator.
III. Possibilities of determining the conditions of storage or access by Cookies.
- The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s Device by Cookies. The user can make changes using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time Cookies are placed on the User’s device. - The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
- Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website of the Service.
